Abstract

Az Európai Unió tagországainak védelmi célú együttműködése számos területet lefed, amelynek részeként az atom, biológiai, vegyi felderítés fejlesztése és a vonatkozó helyzetkép kialakítása érdekében több közép-európai nemzet közös erőfeszítést fejt ki az ABV-megfigyelés mint szolgáltatás projekt keretében. A szerzők összefoglalják a projekt célkitűzéseit, eredményeit, problémákat azonosítanak, valamint elemzik a kifejlesztendő rendszer, illetve annak elemei hazai hasznosíthatóságának lehetőségeit. | The defence cooperation between European Union member states covers a number of areas, including the development of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear detection capabilities and the development of the CBRN Operational Picture. Several Central European nations are working together on this as part of the CBRN Surveillance as a Service project. The authors summarise the objectives and results of the project, identify problems, and analyze the potential for national-level application of the system and its components
