Abstract

Kutatásunk során az új büntetőeljárási törvény által életre hívott ún. „mértékes indítványok” tartalmát vizsgáltuk a fiatalkorúak által elkövetett bűncselekményekre nézve. A leggyakrabban előforduló bűncselekményeket (pl. lopás, garázdaság) kizárva 313 büntetőeljárás és 492 terhelt érdemi adatait mutatjuk be a kiemelt bűncselekmények körében (rablás, testi sértés, hivatalos és közfeladatot ellátó személy elleni erőszak, gyermekpornográfia, szexuális erőszak, kifosztás, zsarolás, emberölés). | In the framework of our research, we examined the content of the so-called “moderate motions” introduced by the new Criminal Procedure Act with regard to crimes committed by juveniles. Excluding the most frequently occurring crimes (e.g. theft, hooliganism), we present the substantive data of 313 criminal proceedings and 492 defendants in the context of serious crimes (robbery, assault, violence against a person performing official and public duties, child pornography, sexual violence, looting, extortion, homicide).
