Abstract

A tanulmány a Nemzeti Kutatási Kiválósági Program (NKKP_25) 2025. évi pályázatának eredményeit elemzi intézményi és tudományterületi bontásban. A vizsgálat célja a hazai kutatási kiválóság szerkezeti sajátosságainak feltárása, valamint azok összevetése az Európai Kutatási Tanács (ERC) és a francia CNRS által képviselt modellekkel. Az eredmények alapján a támogatások legnagyobb része az élettudományokhoz kötődik, míg intézményi szinten a HUN-REN kutatóhálózat rendelkezik a legtöbb nyertes projekttel. A magyar kutatási ökoszisztéma erősen koncentrált és hierarchikusan szervezett. Az NKKP a nemzeti kiválósági rendszerben átmeneti, tehetséggondozó szerepet tölt be az ERC-szintű versenyképesség felé vezető úton. Aprogram szerkezete a CNRS koordinált tudománypolitikai irányítási logikájával rokon, amely a központi koordináció és az interdiszciplinaritás összehangolt támogatását valósítja meg. | The study analyses the 2025 call of the National Research Excellence Programme (NKKP_25), examining the distribution of funded projects across institutions and scientific fields. It aims to identify the structural features of research excellence in Hungary and to compare them with models represented by the European Research Council (ERC) and the French CNRS. The findings show that most awards are in the life sciences, while the HUN-REN research network hosts the highest number of funded projects. The Hungarian research ecosystem is highly concentrated and hierarchical. The NKKP serves as a transitional, talent-supporting scheme within the national excellence system, facilitating researchers’ progression towards ERC-level competitiveness. Its structure resembles the coordinated science policy governance model of the CNRS, supporting the integration of central coordination and interdisciplinarity.
