Abstract

A cikk a magyar gazdaság egyik meghatározó ágazatát, az üzleti szolgáltató központokat (angolul Shared Service Centeres, SSC) elemzi. Mivel a szektor hazánkban kiemelkedő jelentőségű a foglalkoztatásban (46 ezer főnek ad munkát), az új munkahelyek teremtésében (éves szinten 2ezer új munkahely), a hozzáadott érték előállításában egyaránt, így kulcskérdés az ágazat versenyképességének hosszútávú fenntartása. A cikk ezért nemcsak a legfontosabb magyar kihívásokra, illetve megoldásokra fókuszál ( ún. megfelelő munkaerő megszerzése és ehhez kötődően az employer branding, mint eszköz bemutatása), hanem Magyarországot a legfontosabb regionális verenytársaival is összevetve elemzi, feltárva a magyar szektor versenyelőnyeit, illetve gyenge pontjait. | Hungary is an open country, where the foreign direct investments play an important, determinative role.
