Abstract
Jelen tanulmány a területi tőke koncepcióval, annak legújabb irányvonalaival foglalkozik a szakirodalom-elemzés módszerével. Elsőként bemutatjuk a modell kialakulását és legfőbb elemeit. A területi tőke kutatásokban leggyakrabban alkalmazott dimenziókra is kitérünk, valamint röviden ismertetjük az empirikus elemzések során felhasználható módszereket. A legújabb kutatási irányokat is bemutatjuk, valamint összehasonlítjuk a koncepciót a területi versenyképesség elméletével. | The current study examines the territorial capital concept and its latest trends in the literature. First, we present the conceptualization of the model and its main elements. We also outline the most commonly used dimensions of territorial capital research and briefly describe the methods that can be used in empirical analyzes. The latest research directions are also presented and we compare the concept with the theory of territorial competitiveness.
