Abstract
There has been a change in attitude toward rehabilitation that can be discerned even in rehabilitation-definitions and rehabilitation-literature. This is to be also found in the development of the passive (benefits) and active (services) measures of rehabilitation. This attitude is a paradigm shift in understanding disability under the auspices of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
