Abstract
László Németh was one of the most important personalities of the Hungarian war of independence from 1848–1849. He was born in Târgu Secuiesc, practiced law at Deva, and in 1848 was elected a member of the Transylvanian Parliament. From January 1849 the Hungarian government delegated him to Háromszék region, where he had a great role in the coordination of administration, military forces and war industry. We offered a first publication of sources about his life and activity within the 2012–2013 yearbook of the Székely National Museum. As a continuation, we present another collection of texts, which complete our knowledge on a rich political carrier.
