Abstract
Food safety incidents happen every year in China. It has created major concerns about people’s lives and health in the country. Increasing efforts by the Chinese Government have seen tighter measures in the food safety control but problems still linger on. This study discusses food safety issues that are currently going on in China. Public polls were taken to survey the broad opinions as to what the causes and the potential dangers of food safety problems may be. Some of the improvements are also discussed in this study. Other developing countries or regions can benefit by learning from China to avoid the same food safety problems and make a risk analysis by precursor examples.
