Abstract

Cél: A tanulmány sajátos nézőpontból közelíti meg a tömegrendezvények, azon belül pedig a sportrendezvények biztonságának rendészeti vonatkozásait, hi- szen a vizsgálat középpontjában nem a klasszikus látványcsapatsportágak, ha- nem az autósport áll. E nézőpont lehetővé teszi, hogy nemcsak a rendezvényre látogató nagy létszámú résztvevő, hanem a sport veszélyes üzemi jellegéből fakadó biztonsági kérdéseket is tárgyalják a szerzők. Módszertan: A tanulmány feldolgozza a különleges helyszín és esemény biz- tonsági tényezőit, valamint kiemeli a hagyományos sportrendezvényekkel kapcsolatos egyezőségeket, különbségeket. Kutatási módszerként elsősorban a sportjogi, sportrendészeti szakirodalom, valamint a magyar autósport-ren- dezvények rendőri biztosításában szerzett szakmai tapasztalatok feldolgozását alkalmazzák a szerzők. Megállapítások: A szerzők a kutatás eredményeként megállapításokat tesznek az innovatív jogi, technikai, technológiai és rendészeti eszközök, módszerek biztonság érdekében való alkalmazására. Érték: A kutatás értékét tekintve elsősorban a hiánypótló jelleg emelhető ki, hi- szen a rendészeti kérdéseket tanulmányozó szerzők egyedülálló módon foglal- koznak az autósport-rendezvények biztonsági kérdéseivel. Szintén kiemelkedő értékként jelenik meg a tanulmányban a magyar autósport-rendezvények biz- tosításában jártas szakemberek gondolatainak, tapasztalatainak összefoglalása. | Aim: The study approaches the policing aspects of the security of mass events, including sports events, from a specific point of view. The focus of the inves- tigation is not on classic spectacle team sports, but on motor sports. This point of view allows the authors to discuss not only the large number of participants attending the event, but also the safety issues arising from the ultrahazardous activity nature of the sport. Methodology: The study elaborates the security factors of the special location and event, as well as highlights the similarities and differences related to tra- ditional sports events. The research method used was mainly the processing of the professional literature on sports law and sports policing, as well as the professional experience gained in the police security operation of Hungarian motorsport events. Findings: As a result of the research, the authors make findings on the use of innovative legal, technical, technological and law enforcement tools and meth- ods for security. Value: In terms of the value of the research, the gap-filling nature can be high- lighted, since the authors studying law enforcement issues dealt with the safety issues of motorsport events in a unique way. Also of outstanding value in the study is the summary of the thoughts and experiences of specialists experienced in securing Hungarian motorsport events.
