Abstract

Az automata inzulinpumpa fogalma és használata a pumpakezelésben nem járatos kollégák számára misztikusnak tűnhet. Írásunkkal nekik szeretnénk segítséget nyújtani. Dolgozatunkban bemutatjuk a Magyarországon jelenleg támogatással rendelhető automata inzulinpumpát, s összefoglaljuk, hogy a felmerülő igények esetén milyen lépések szükségesek ahhoz, hogy a betegek hozzájussanak az automata inzulinpumpa nyújtotta előnyökhöz. Centrumunkban több mint félszáz beteg automata pumpára állítása történt meg eddig. Az első eredmények megfelelnek a nemzetközi kedvező tapasztalatoknak. | T he concept and use of an automatic insulin pump may be mystical for colleagues unfamiliar with pump management. To help them is the purpose of the recent article. The presentation of the insulin pump that can currently be ordered in Hungary with health insurance support, as well as – in the event of well-founded needs – an overview of the tasks that help patients to access it are summarized in the paper. In our center, more than half a hundred patients have been put on automatic pumps so far. The first results correspond to favorable international experiences.
