Abstract

Az 1-es típusú diabetes vércukorcsökkentő kezelését – a remisszió szakaszát leszámítva – inzulin napszakos adagolása jelenti. Esetenként az anyagcsere-állapot javítása, a hypoglykaemia-gyakoriság vagy a vércukor-ingadozások csökkentése, az inzulinigény mérséklése, a súlycsökkenés elősegítése céljából, vagy más additív előnyök szem előtt tartásával az inzulinkezelés kiegészítéseként nem-inzulintermészetű vércukorcsökkentők hozzáadására is sor kerülhet. A közlemény áttekinti e kombinációk elméleti hátterét, a korábbi, ma már jobbára orvostörténeti adatnak tekinthető formáit, valamint napjainkban is szóba jövő lehetőségeit. Érinti a nálunk ez idő szerint nem forgalmazott hatóanyagokat is. | Antihyperglycaemic treatment of type 1 diabetes, with the exception of remission period, means daily administration of insulin. However, occasionally, it is beneficial to add non-insulin type antihyperglycaemics to insulin therapy, partly to improve the metabolic state, partly to lower the frequency of hypoglycaemic episodes, to decrease blood sugar fluctuations, to lower the insulin requirements, to help weight loss or to gain other additive benefits. The article reviews the theoretical background of these combinations, beginning with earlier forms – which are now mostly considered to be data of medical history – to the also nowadays possible options. The paper shortly turns on also to compounds that are not marketed at present in Hungary.
