Abstract

A cikk hengeres fogaskerék kontúrjának alapprofillal történő analitikus generálását mutatja be. Bemutatja az általános helyzetű evolvens egyenleteit, a csúcsos-, nyújtott- és hurkolt evolvens keletkezését. Részletesen kitér a fogkontúrt alkotó görbe szakaszok típusára, paramétereire, kezdő- és végpontjuk meghatározására. A bemutatott módszer segítségével nagy pontossággal generálható az evolvens profilú fogaskerék kontúrja, ami számos további vizsgálathoz – FEA, csúszás, zaj stb- biztosítja a megfelelő bemeneti geometriát. | In this article the generation of the contour of the evolvent profile spur gears using a rack profile is shown. The equation of the general position evolvent is explained and the different type of evolvent curves are depicted. The component curves of the tooth contour is examined and the calculation of their parameters and valid ranges are also described. The proposed method helps to generate the accurate contour of spur gear, which can be used in further investigations, such as FEA, slip rate, noise and so on.
