Abstract
Enterprises are in continuous change. Békés County has huge disadvantages such as the lack of a motorway, the low number of inhabitants and their customer’s habits are totally different from the habits of the developed regions. However, the enterprises have to compete in an environment which is part of the global competition. We have two purposes in connection with making suggestions about how to involve the inactive employees, moreover how to sell, advertise products, enlarge the local market and improve the organizational strategies of micro, small and middle-sized enterprises. In the study those 21st century devices are shown, which can improve the innovation of the local enterprises. To sell locally produced goods perfect quality and their availability is essential besides employing computer literate experts. I show the next methods improving small enterprices: services of chambers, outsourcing, mentor or coach.
