Abstract

A tanulmány Észak-Amerika és Európa francia ajkú térségei kapcsán tekinti át azt,hogy miként került előtérbe a felsőoktatásban dolgozó oktató-kutatók pedagógiaifelkészültségének javítása. Az egyetemi hallgatóság létszámának ésheterogenitásának növekedésén túl Québec tartomány esetében az angolszász mintákerőteljes jelenléte, míg a nagy önállóságot élvező belgiumi és svájci egyetemekesetében az intézmények közötti verseny és a minőségbiztosítás szerepéneknövekedése járulhatott hozzá a vizsgált folyamat térnyeréséhez. A korábbancentralizáltan irányított francia egyetemek esetében viszont csak a 2010-es évekországos felsőoktatási intézkedései tudták elősegíteni a szóban forgó folyamatkibontakozását. | This study examines how higher education institutions in the French-speaking regions of North America and Europe have focused on improving the pedagogical skills of teacher-researchers. In addition to the increasing size and heterogeneity of the university student population, in the case of Quebec, the strong presence of Anglo-Saxon models, while in the case of the highly autonomous Belgian and Swiss universities, competition between institutions and the growing role of quality assurance, may have contributed to the process studied. For French universities, on the other hand, which were previously centrally managed, only the special national measures taken in the field of higher education in the 2010s may have facilitated the development of this process.
