Abstract

Az MTA Szegedi Akadémiai Bizottság (SZAB) Orvostudományi Szakbizottság Sporttudományi Munkabizottsága két tudományos ülést rendezett a 2023-ban.Az elsőre „Izombiokémiai kutatások Szegeden – múlt, jelen, jövő” címmel került sor a Gál Ferenc Egyetemen, melyen három hazai egyetem kutatói számoltak be eredményeikről. A szimpózium résztvevői betekintést nyerhettek a szegedi izombiokémiai kutatások történetébe; a különböző betegségek, izomdisztófiák, vagy az öregedés során csökkent tömegű vázizmok regenerációjának, izomméret-szabályozásának és a vázizom-metabolizmusának mechanizmusaiba; a vázizom glükózfelvételének jelentőségébe a vércukorszint szabályozásában; a 2-es típusú cukorbetegség alapját képező szénhidrát-anyagcsere zavarokba, a mellette fennálló mitokondriális diszfunkció és foszfolipid metabolizmus zavaraiba, illetve gyógyszeres kezelésének lehetőségeibe; s végül, de nem utolsó sorban az izomláz legújabb, heveny kompressziós axonopáthia elméletébe.A második tudományos tanácskozásnak, amely „A fizikai aktivitás pszichológiai, pedagógiai, társadalmi összefüggései” címet viselte, a SZAB székháza adott otthont. A sport társadalomtudományi aspektusai iránt érdeklődők előadásokat hallhattak a serdülő sportolók szülőktől való egészséges eltávolodásának jelentőségéről és szerepéről a sportmotivációs bázis kialakulásában; a gyermekek sportélvezetének és énképének pozitív kapcsolatáról; valamint a testedzésfüggőség fokozott veszélyeiről, amennyiben az további pszichés és egyéb kórképpel együtt jelentkezik. Szó esett a lakossági vélemények megismerésének fontosságáról a sportrendezvények tervezési szakaszában és az eseményt követően; megismerhettük a perzisztáló reflexek és a fundamentális mozgásdeficitek mozgástanulást gátló hatásását, az időben megkezdett mozgásfejlesztés szükségességét; tájékozódhattunk arról, hogy miként hat a betegedukáció, a betegségspecifikus tudás átadása a gerincbántalmak csökkentésére; s végül arról, hogy miként zajlott a sporttudományi alapképzési szakok (BSc/BA) elvárt tanulási eredményeinek megújítása a felsőoktatásban. | In 2023, two scientific meetings were organised by the Working Committee on Sports Science of the Medical Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Szeged Academic Committee (SZAB). The first was entitled „Muscle Biochemistry Research in Szeged - Past, Present, Future” and was held at the Gál Ferenc University, where researchers from three Hungarian universities presented their results. The symposium participants were given an insight into the history of muscle biochemistry research in Szeged; the mechanisms of regeneration, muscle size regulation and skeletal muscle metabolism in various diseases, muscle dystrophies or reduced muscle mass during ageing; the importance of skeletal muscle glucose uptake in blood glucose regulation; the carbohydrate metabolism disorders underlying type 2 diabetes, the associated mitochondrial dysfunction and phospholipid metabolism disorders and their potential for drug treatment; and last but not least, the recent acute compression axonopathy theory of muscle fever development. The second scientific meeting, „Psychological, pedagogical and social contexts of physical activity”, was held at the SZAB headquarters. Those interested in the social science aspects of sport were able to hear presentations on the importance of ‚healthy disengagement’ of adolescent athletes from their parents and its role in the development of a sports motivation base; the positive relationship between children’s enjoyment of sport and their self-image; and the increased risks of physical activity addiction when it occurs in combination with other psychological and other pathologies. The importance of listening to public opinion during the planning phase of sporting events and after the event was discussed; as well as the impact of persistent reflexes and fundamental movement deficits on physical activity learning and the need for early physical activity development; how patient education and the transfer of disease-specific knowledge can reduce spinal disorders; and finally, how the developing process of the expected learning outcomes for BSc/BA in sports science in higher education has been achieved.
