Abstract

Vörös Imre életműve számos jogterülethez kapcsolódik. E sokszínű életművet az összehasonlító jogi módszer alkalmazása foglalja egységbe. Vörös Imre tudományos szocializációját az 1970-es évek Jogtudományi Intézetében szerezte, döntően Eörsi Gyula intellektuális befolyásának köszönhetően, és ez a szemlélet az egész életművét meghatározza. Munkáiban az összehasonlító jogi szemlélet, természetesen eltérő intenzitással, három módon jelenik meg: a külföldi jog bemutatása és elemzése; kifejezetten összehasonlító jogi igényű elemzés; valamint az összehasonlításon alapuló de lege ferenda javaslattétel. | The oeuvre of Imre Vörös is linked to many different areas of law. This article argues that this colourful patchwork of various scholarly works is united by the application of comparative law methods. Imre Vörös received his scholarly socialization at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in the 1970s, mainly under the intellectual influence of Gyula Eörsi, and this attitude had a decisive impact on his entire oeuvre. The comparative law outlook appears in his works in three different ways, with varying degrees of intensity: (i) the presentation and analysis of foreign law, (ii) explicit comparative law analysis, and (iii) de lege ferenda ideas derived from comparative insights.
