Abstract
Religious, social and administrative aspects of Christian persecution in Somalia: Christian persecution has had its roots not only in Europe but worldwide for a long time. According to the data of Open Doors International, in 2023 as many as 4998 Christian people lost their lives due to religious reasons. The Hungarian National Military Strategy mentions ethnic conflicts as one of the main causes of major illegal mass migration. Where does the agression against Christians originate and why does the tension not ease in Somalia? Why is Somalia the second most dangerous place for a Christian? The aim of this study is to focus on the current state of Christian persecution in Somalia that derives from a moral crisis. I will introduce not only the attitude of the society towards Christians but also the political and administrative measures which hinder the solution of the crisis.
