Abstract

A hypertonia diagnosztikájának és terápiájának optimalizálása érdekében és a kevésbé ismeretes tévedések és hibalehetőségek elkerülésére, a vonatkozó irányelvek figyelembevételével ismerteti a szerző több évtizedes klinikai, gyakorlati tapasztalatait. Az irányelvek relevanciáját mindig a hosszú távú gyakorlat határozza meg. A diagnosztika elemeitől a gyógyszercsoportonkénti kezelésig részletezi a leggyakoribb tévedéseket és hibákat. Kiemeli azt, amit a jelenlegi irányelvek nem, vagy nem megfelelően tartalmaznak: az echokardiográfia diagnosztikus szerepe, a kronofarmakológia fontossága – alkalmazása, a fix kombinációk hátrányai, a gyógyszerváltás kérdése. | To avoid less well-known errors and mistakes in the optimal diagnosis and therapy of hypertension considering the relevant guidelines – the author presents his clinical and practical experience of several decades. It is well known that the relevance of studies and guidelines is always determined by long-term practice. It details the most common mistakes and errors, from the elements of diagnostics to treatment by drug groups. It highlights what the current guidelines do not or do not adequately cover: the diagnostic role of echocardiography, the importance and application of chronopharmacology, the disadvantages of fixed combinations, and the issue of switching medications.
