Abstract

Műveleti és nem műveleti időszakokban egyaránt egyre nagyobb az igény a világ hadseregeiben az éjszakai munkavégzésre, illetve a többműszakos munkarend alkalmazására. Az emberi szervezet alvás szabályozásának sajátosságai miatt az ilyen munkabeosztások gyakran járnak együtt rossz alvásminőséggel vagy tényleges alváshiánnyal, mely veszélyezteti a katonák személyes biztonságát, a küldetés sikerét, és így áttételesen a nemzetbiztonságot. A jelenlegi a tanulmányban az esetek leírása, valamint az ott alkalmazott műszakrendek elemzése segítségével tekintem át a 24 órás cirkadián ritmust nem respektáló műszakrendek veszélyeit. Célom, hogy a ráirányítsam a figyelmet a műszakbeosztások megfelelő tervezésére, és így csökkenthető legyen az alváshiány miatt a katonai állományt érintő terhelés, illetve baleseti kockázat. | In both operational and non-operational periods, there is an increasing demand for night work and the use of multi-shift working in the world’s military forces. Due to the nature of the human body’s sleep regulation, such work schedules are often associated with either relative or actual sleep deprivation, which endangers the personal safety of soldiers, mission success and therefore national security. This paper reviews the dangers of shift schedules that do not respect the 24-hour circadian rhythm by describing the incidents and analysing the shift schedules used on the ships. My aim is to draw attention to the need for proper planning of shift schedules in order to reduce the stress and accident risk due to sleep deprivation.
