Abstract

A 2010 utáni család- és népesedéspolitika fő célja a népességfogyás ütemének mérséklése, a pronatalista célok határozott követése, így a népességfogyás hosszabb távon történő megfékezése a népesség fenntartható pályára állításával, ami úgy érhető el, ha az érintettek számára a támogatások hosszú távon tervezhetők, kiszámíthatók és stabilak. A 2010 óta folytatott családpolitika komoly eredménye a teljes termékenységi ráta (TTA) jelentős növekedése mellett, hogy a termékeny korú női népesség ilyen nagyarányú csökkenése mellett a születésszámot gyakorlatilag sikerült fenntartani a 90 ezres szinten. A Családvédelmi Akcióterv hét intézkedése további ösztönzőt jelent a gyermekvállaláshoz. Az újonnan bevezetett intézkedések közül az első három hónapban a babaváró támogatás iránt volt a legjelentősebb az érdeklődés. | The main goal of the post-2010 family and population policy is to slow down the rate of population decline by strictly following pronatalist goals, thus putting the population on a sustainable path. This can be achieved if the benefits for those concerned are long-term, predictable, and stable. A significant achievement of the family policy pursued since 2010 is the increase in the total fertility rate (TFR), and despite the sharp decline in the population of women of reproductive age, the number of births has remained at around 90,000. The seven measures of the Family Protection Action Plan offer further incentives for childbearing. Among the newly introduced measures, the baby-expecting support was the most sought after in the first three months.
