Abstract
A terhességek körülbelül 10%-ában fordul elő hypertonia, amely fokozza az anyai és magzati morbiditás és mortalitás kockázatát egyaránt. Az elmúlt években a terhességi hypertonia ellátásával kapcsolatos irányelvek – új, randomizált vizsgálatok eredményei alapján – változtak. Jelen rövid klinikai összefoglaló a legfontosabb tudnivalókat ismerteti elsősorban a gyakorlat számára. | Hypertension, which occurs in about 10% of pregnancies, increases the risk of morbidity and mortality in both the mother and the foetus. In recent years, guidelines for the management of gestational hypertension have changed, based on the results of new randomized trials. This short clinical summary presents the most important information, primarily for everyday practice.
