Abstract

A vérnyomás- és lipidcsökkentő kezelés során a több hatóanyagot tartalmazó vérnyomás- és lipidcsökkentő készítmények, az úgynevezett polypillek alkalmazása mára már meghonosodott, beépült az irányelvekbe. A cukorbetegség antihyperglykaemiás kezelésekor eddig többnyire kettős kombinációkat alkalmaztunk, melyek egyik hatóanyaga majdnem minden esetben a metformin volt. Azonban ismertek a gliflozinok, gliptinek és a metforminnak egyéb fix kombinációs készítményei is. Ezekre a antihyperglykaemiás polypillekre ugyanazok az elvek érvényesek, mint a klasszikus hipertenzió során használt polypillekre. A szerző összefoglalja a gliflozinok, gliptinek és a metformin fix kombinációjának lehetséges előnyeit és a rendelkezésre álló klinikai evidenciákat. | In the treatment of blood pressure and lipid disorders, the use of blood pressure – and lipid-lowering preparations containing multiple active ingredients – the so-called “polypills” – has become well established and is now incorporated into clinical guidelines. In the antihyperglycemic treatment of diabetes, dual combinations have traditionally been used, with metformin being one of the most common components. However, fixed-combination preparations containing gliflozins, gliptins, and metformin are also available. The same principles apply to these antihyperglycemic polypills as to those used in classical hypertension. This article summarizes the potential benefits of fixed combinations of gliflozins, gliptins, and metformin, as well as the availab- le clinical evidence.
