Abstract

The material of the author’s investigation is about the waterfowl at the site, the territory itself as habitat, its structure and changes on them and also their causes. He analyses the reasons and degrees of changes in detail. He also elaborates measures referring to the water-direction and water-balance of the region. The author tries to draw conclusions on the basis of the cleared-up coherences, which might lay the foundation of a possible habitat reconstruction. Data referring to the observed waterfowl species can be seen in tables 4-7, and figures 2-4. He carried out specified investigations about the changes of the area and its changes concerning water budget. Knowing the results of the examinations he carried out the theoretical sketch of habitat reconstruction. During the habitat reconstruction a suitable waterdirection for waterfowl demand must be evolved. The current vegetation structure should be transformed both in the case of land and water plants. The formation of banks and beds of running waters and canals cannot be neglected. This is true for the reformation of lakes and the safe-guarding of coolness. Due to the situation of the territory, these jobs cannot be contrary to the interests of nature conservation, in most cases they should be corresponding to one another. Since this territory is really metamorphosed, to preserve the current situation cannot be the aim of environmental protection. This will not lead to the preservation of reduced stocks of rare species and diversity.
