Abstract

A gyógypedagógiai tanácsadás és konzultáció a fogyatékos emberek és családtagjaik számára kiemelten fontos támogatási szolgáltatás. E tanulmány arra vállalkozik, hogy tisztázza, illetve megerősítse a tanácsadás és a konzultáció fogalmát, és hangsúlyozza a segítő kapcsolat fontosságát a gyógypedagógia területén. Összefoglaló jelleggel bemutatásra kerülnek a gyógypedagógiai tanácsadás és konzultáció folyamatát támogató elméleti keretek. A tanulmányban a hangsúly a segítő kapcsolat különböző formái, mélységei, a segítő beszélgetés jellemzői és a segítő beszélgetés során hasznos kommunikációs készségek/mikrokészségek bemutatására helyeződik. A gondolatmenet felépítéséhez elsősorban Wiegersma modellje, illetve Rogers, továbbá Ivey és munkatársai kommunikációs készségekre vonatkozó struktúrája jelenti a fő alapot. | Counseling and consultation are particularly important support services for people with disabilities and their families. This study aims to clarify and strengthen the concepts of counseling and consultation and to emphasize the importance of helping relationships in the field of special education. The theoretical frameworks supporting the process of special education counseling and consultation are summarized. The study focuses on the different forms and depths of helping relationships, the characteristics of helping conversation and the communication skills/microskills useful during helping conversation. The main basis for the construction of the thought process is primarily Wiegersma's model and Rogers' and Ivey and colleagues' structure of communication skills.
