Abstract
The study focuses on the design and performance assessment of a new triangular microstrip patch array antenna for cyber-physical system applications. The antenna design uses advanced simulation tools like MATLAB Antenna Design Toolbox and KiCad to optimize performance. The antenna design process includes selecting materials, configuring patch dimensions, and optimizing feed networks for improved gain and impedance matching. The proposed antennas operate in the S-band at 3.0 GHz with a bandwidth of 500 MHz, with a gain of 14.89 dBi and an efficiency of 92%. The study offers valuable insights into antenna design and evaluation, addressing challenges like gain optimization, radiation patterns, and matching impedance.
