Abstract

A Magyar Arc-, Állcsont- és Szájsebészeti Társaság kezdeményezésére a Magyar Orvostársaságok és Egyesületek Szövetsége „Interdiszciplináris konszenzus az antireszorptív szerek okozta állcsontnekrózis elkerülésére” címmel a Magyar Osteológiai és Osteoarthrológiai Társaság (MOOT), a Magyar Onkológusok Társasága (MOT), a Magyar Kli- nikai Onkológiai Társaság (MKOT), a Magyar Fogorvosok Egyesülete (MFE), a Magyar Fogorvosok Implantológiai Társasága (MAFIT) és a Háziorvosok Online Szervezete (HAOSZ) részvételével interdiszciplináris fórumot szervezett. A fórumon és az azt követő egyeztetéseken alakult ki a mellékelt dokumentum, amely minden résztvevő álláspontját tükrözi. Tekintettel arra, hogy a kórkép etiopatogenezise nem teljesen tisztázott, valamint arra, hogy hatékony terá- piás opció nem áll rendelkezésre, a megelőzésnek kiemelt jelentősége van. A fenti társaságok és az általuk ellátott páciensek egyaránt abban érdekeltek, hogy minimalizálják (az egyes, helyes indikációkban, vitathatatlanul indokoltan adott, igen hatékony) atireszorptív szerek mellékhatásait. Emellett célunk, hogy eloszlassuk a (betegek és orvosok esetén is olykor megfigyelhető) tájékozatlanságból eredő félelmet, defenzív hozzáállást, amely miatt az antireszorptív kezelés alatt álló betegeknél szükséges kezelések maradhatnak el, tolódhatnak ki időben. A fenti szakterületek egy részét azok a szakmák alkotják, amelyek gyógyító tevékenysége során ezek a mellékhatások előfordulhatnak, míg más szakmák a már kialakult osteonecrosis kezelésével foglalkoznak. A konszenzusdokumentum – preventív szemléletű, szakmai tartalmánál fogva – feltétlenül alkalmas arra, hogy útmutatást adjon az antireszorptív kezelést elrendelő or- vosok és a fogorvosok számára, az ilyen betegek megfelelő irányítására, a kezelések időzítésére, az interdiszciplináris együttműködésre. Orv Hetil. 2026; 167(12): 450–455. | At the initiative of the Hungarian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Association of Hungarian Medical Societies organized an interdisciplinary forum entitled: “Interdisciplinary Consensus on the Prevention of Antiresorptive Medication-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw”. The forum was held with the participation of the Hungarian Society for Osteology and Osteoarthrology, the Society of Hungarian Oncologists, the Hungarian Society of Clinical Oncology, the Hungarian Dental Association, the Hungarian Society for Dental Implantology, and the Online Organization of General Practitioners. The enclosed document was developed during the forum and the subsequent consultations, and reflects the standpoint of all participants. Given that the etiopathogenesis of the condition is not fully understood and that no effective therapeutic option is currently available, prevention is of paramount impor- tance. The above-mentioned societies and the patients under their care share a common interest in minimizing the adverse effects of antiresorptive drugs which – when correctly indicated – are undeniably effective. Another goal is to dispel the fear and defensive attitudes originating from the lack of information (sometimes observed in both patients and physicians), which may lead to delay in necessary treatments or omission of antiresorptive therapy. Some of the disciplines listed above are those in which these adverse effects may arise during routine clinical care, while others are involved in the management of established osteonecrosis. Owing to its preventive focus and professional scope, the consensus document is well suited to provide guidance for physicians prescribing antiresorptive therapy and for den- tists, regarding appropriate patient management, the timing of interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
