Abstract

Kutatásunk során két alföldi térség – a Homokhátság és a Tiszazug – két-két tanyagondnoki szolgálatát térképeztük fel. Egyrészt a szolgáltatásokban dolgozó tanyagondnokokkal, egy integrált szolgáltatóközpont vezetőjével, valamint a szolgálatok igénybe vevőivel készítettünk részben strukturált interjúkat. A kérdések elsősorban a szolgálatok működésére és működési hatásaira irányultak, azt próbáltuk feltárni, hogy az egyes szolgálatok miben, hogyan segítik az ellátottakat, s e segítségnyújtás mennyire tekinthető jelentősnek az igénybe vevők mindennapjaiban, továbbá azt, hogy vannak-e releváns különbségek az egyes térségek között. Az adott vizsgálati helyszínek vonatkozásában összességében elmondható, hogy a tanyagondnokok segítsége nélkül az ellátott idős emberek többsége már nem tudna a tanyán élni, s így bentlakásos intézményes ellátásra szorulna. A vizsgált szolgáltatások működésében nem találtunk releváns különbségeket. | In our research, we mapped four homestead care services in two regions of the Great Hungarian Plain: Homokhátság and Tiszazug. We conducted semi-structured interviews with homestead care workers, the manager of an integrated service center, and service users. The interviews primarily focused on the operation and impact of the services. We aimed to explore how and in what ways the individual services assist the beneficiaries, how significant this assistance is in their daily lives, and whether there are any relevant differences between the two regions. Overall, regarding the study locations, we found that without the support of homestead care workers, most elderly people receiving care would no longer be able to live independently and would require institutional care. No significant differences were observed in the operation of the services examined.
