Abstract

A Leopard 2A4 harckocsi a Zrínyi Honvédelmi és Haderőfejlesztési Program keretében 2020-ban állt hadrendbe a Magyar Honvédségben. A tanulmány a jelenleg még rendszerben lévő T–72 harckocsival összevetve mutatja be a Leopard 2A4 harckocsi erőforrását, futóművét ésfő fegyverzetét, illetve a vele érkezett külföldi üzemben tartási modellt. A különbségek jelentősek: a T–72 töltőgéppel rendelkezik, míg a német Leopard 2 harckocsi – főbb konstrukciós megoldásait és általános felépítését tekintve – hagyományos, konzervatív szerkezeti kialakítású páncélozott harcjármű. Ugyanakkor a Leopard 2 harckocsi az üzemben tartás területén mutat fejlett vonásokat: a power pack (erőátviteli blokk) gyorscsatlakozókkal egyben kiemelhető, cserélhető, megkönnyítve a harctéren a motorcserét, a javítást és a karbantartást. A tanulmány német, osztrák és magyar Leopard 2-üzembentartási példákat egyaránt elemez. | The Leopard 2A4 tank was commissioned in the Hungarian Defence Forces in 2020 as part of the Zrínyi Defence and Force Development Programme. The study compares the Leopard 2A4 tank with the T–72 tank still in service, showing the prior’s engine, undercarriage and main armament, as well as the foreign maintenance model that came with it. The differences are significant: the T–72 is equipped with an autoloader system, while the German Leopard 2 tank has a conventional armoured fighting vehicle design in terms of its main and overall construction. At the same time, the Leopard 2 has advanced features in the field of maintenance: the power pack can be replaced thanks to the quick couplings, facilitating engine replacement, repair and maintenance on the battlefield. The study analyses examples of German, Austrian and Hungarian Leopard 2 experiences of usage.
