Abstract

Bevezetés: A rendőrség külső és belső kommunikációjának hatékonysága minden országban prioritást kell hogy élvezzen, hiszen a szervezet megítélését nagyban befolyásolja a kommunikáció minősége és a közösségi kapcsolati, azaz PR-tevékenység.Célkitűzések: Hargita megyei rendőrök bevonásával arra kerestük a választ, hogy Romániában a rendőrök hogyan kommunikálnak egymással, vezetőikkel, a társszervekkel és médiaszolgáltatókkal, továbbá a rendőrség mint szervezet miként jeleníti meg magát a külvilág irányába.Módszertan: A Romániában még nem alkalmazott Police Café módszeren alapuló kutatói rendőrkávéház segítségével kérdeztük meg a célcsoport tagjait. A delegálás menetére nem volt befolyásunk, de a véletlenszerű mintavétel heterogén lett, így a rendőrök rendészeti, bűnügyi, humán, bűnmegelőzési és baleset-megelőzési területről érkeztek.Eredmények: A kutatásba bevont román rendőrök egyetértettek abban, hogy nagyobb hangsúlyt kell fektetni a képzések során a kommunikációs készségek fejlesztésére. Előrelépés szükséges továbbá a fiatal generációk megfelelő kommunikációs és szakmai felkészítése, illetve integrációjuk felgyorsítása érdekében.Konklúzió: A rendőrség rövid, közép- és hosszú távú szervezeti céljainak megvalósításához elengedhetetlen a fiatalabb korosztály szakmai és kommunikációs felkészítése is. A belső szakmai kohézió erősítése érdekében szükséges a kommunikáció fejlesztése, hiszen a jó színvonalú belső kommunikáció a külső kommunikációra is nagy hatással lehet, növelve ezzel a rendőrségbe és az egyes rendőrökbe vetett bizalmat. | Introduction: The effectiveness of the external and internal communication of the police should be a priority in every country, since the perception of the organisation is greatly influenced by the quality of communication and PR activities. Objectives: By involving police officers from Harghita County, we sought to answer how police officers in Romania communicate with each other, with their leaders, with fellow agencies and media providers, and how the police as an organisation presents itself to the outside world. Methodology: We interviewed police officers from Harghita County using a research police café based on the Police Café method, which has not yet been applied in Romania. We had no influence on the process of delegation, but the random sampling was heterogeneous, so the police officers came from the fields of law enforcement, crime, human rights, crime prevention and accident prevention. Results: The Romanian police officers involved in the research agreed that more emphasis should be placed on developing communication skills during education and further training. Further progress is also needed in the appropriate communication and professional preparation of the younger generations and in accelerating their integration. Conclusion: In order to achieve the short, medium and long-term organisational goals of the police, it is essential to also set the professional and communication preparation of the younger generation as its banner. In order to strengthen internal professional cohesion, it is necessary to develop communication, since good quality internal communication can also have a great impact on external communication, thereby increasing trust in the police and individual police officers.
