Abstract

A tanulmány az európai kritikus infrastruktúra hálózatok – közlekedési, energetikai és infokommunikációs – katonai felhasználhatóságát és sebezhetőségét elemzi az európai védelmi technológiai és iparibázis (EDTIB2) szempontjából. Bemutatja a katonai mobilitási folyosók, a vasúti gördülőállomány, a közúti és belvízi hálózat, valamint a kettős felhasználású repülőterek szerepét a nehéz haditechnika és az utánpótlás mozgatásában. Rátekint az energiarendszer átalakulására, valamint az adatközpontok növekvő villamosenergia‐igényére. Végül kiemeli az infokommunikációs infrastruktúrákat érő fizikai és kiberfenyegetéseket, valamint a redundancia, a hálózati összekapcsoltság, illetve a kettős felhasználású beruházások erősítésének szükségességét. | The study analyses the military usability and vulnerabilities of European critical infrastructure networks – transport, energy, and info-communication – from the perspective of the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB). It presents the role of military mobility corridors, railway rolling stock, road and inland waterway networks, as well as dual‐use airports in the movement of heavy military equipment and supplies. It examines the transformation of the energy system and the growing electricity demand of data centres. Finally, it highlights the physical and cyber threats affecting infocommunication infrastructures and the need to strengthen redundancy, network interconnectedness, and dual‐use investments.
