Abstract

A hazai ápolásügy krízishelyzetére tekintettel a Magyar Ápolástudományi Társaság kezdeményezésére és koordinálásával 2019-ben készült el a 64 szerző által jegyzett, 27 szakmai szervezet által támogatott „Javaslat nemzeti ápolásfejlesztési stratégia elemeire” című átfogó szakmai tanulmány magyar és angol nyelven. A tanulmány célja a hazai ápolásügy helyzetének nemzetközi tendenciákkal való összevetése, a főbb problémák beazonosítása és konkrét megoldási javaslatok megfogalmazása volt. A vitairatot az akkori érintett kormányzati tagoknak megküldtük, valamint online is közzétettük, bízva abban, hogy konszenzusos ápolásfejlesztési koncepció születhet belőle. Sajnálatos módon a tanulmány nem tudta betölteni célját, és más, az ápolói válság kezelését célzó ágazatirányítási stratégia sem készült, így 2026-ra az ápolói krízis tovább fokozódott. Az új kormány és az önálló egészségügyi minisztérium megalakulásának időszakában fontosnak tartom az ápolói krízishelyzet és megoldási stratégia fő elemeinek rövid összefoglalását. | In view of the crisis in domestic nursing, a comprehensive professional study titled ‚Proposal for the Elements of a National Nursing Development Strategy’ was prepared in 2019 in both Hungarian and English, initiated and coordinated by the Hungarian Society of Nursing Science, co-authored by 64 professionals, and supported by 27 professional organizations. The purpose of the study was to compare the state of domestic nursing with international trends, identify key problems, and formulate concrete proposals for solutions. The discussion paper was sent to the relevant government officials at the time and published online, with the hope that a consensus-based nursing development concept would emerge from it. Unfortunately, the study failed to achieve its purpose, and no other sectoral management strategy aimed at addressing the nursing crisis was developed, leading to a further escalation of the nursing crisis by 2026. In this period of the formation of the new government and the independent Ministry of Health, I consider it important to briefly summarize the main elements of the nursing crisis situation and the solution strategy.
