Abstract
Based on the research carried out, Korax Gépgyár Kft started to develop its soybean cooking equipment in 2018. As a result of our project, the exact technological parameters of the soy sprouting process, which can also be used in large-scale production conditions, were clarified, and the control machines of a complete industrial technological line were tested and completed with the installation of our perforated plate components with sample protection protection.
