Abstract

A cikk célja Inconel 625 fémpor hozaganyaggal történő réteg létrehozása ausztenites acélon Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) technológiával. A kísérletekhez egy LMD-re felszerelt Trumpf 7020 lézerberendezés került alkalmazásra. Az elkészült mintákat fény- és pásztázó elektron mikroszkópiával, majd keménységméréssel vizsgáltuk. A pásztázó elektron mikroszkópia mérések során energiadiszperzív röntgenspektroszkópiát is alkalmaztunk a létrejött réteg összetételének vizsgálatának céljából. Az eredmények alapján a technológia alkalmas porozitás- és repedésmentes Inconel 625 felrakására, viszont jelentős alapanyagfelkavarodással kell számolni egy réteg létrehozása esetén. | The aim of this article is to create a layer of Inconel 625 on austenitic steel using metal powder filler material and Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) technology. A Trumpf 7020 laser device equipped with LMD was used for the experiments. The finished samples were examined using light and scanning electron microscopy, followed by hardness testing. During the scanning electron microscopy measurements, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy was also used to examine the composition of the created layer. Based on the results, the technology is suitable for the deposition of porosity- and crack free Inconel 625, but significant base material mixing must be expected when creating a layer.
