Abstract

A cikk az önhajtású forgó szerszámmal (Self-propelled rotaring tool - SPRT) történő forgácsolási megmunkálások során szerzett tapasztalatokat mutatja be. Kevés magyar nyelvű cikk és kutatási eredmény született, amely valószínűleg a szerszámok kutatása során fellépő problémák még nem teljes megoldása miatt is lehet. A cikkben bemutatom a szerszám felépítését, működését, rövid történeti áttekintését, az eddigi tapasztalatokat, amelyek által megismerhető a jelenlegi helyzet a szerszámmal kapcsolatban. Emellett rámutatok fontos problémákra is, amely problémák feltárása, megértése, és ezekre történő megoldási lehetőségek megadása remek alapot szolgáltat a szerszám esetében a jövőbeni kutatási, fejlesztési irányokra. | The article presents practical experiences gained during machining operations using a self-propelled rotary tool (SPRT). Only a limited number of publications and research results are available in Hungarian, which may partly be attributed to unresolved challenges encountered during the investigation and development of such tools. The paper introduces the tool’s structure and operating principle, provides a brief historical overview, and summarizes the experience accumulated to date, thereby outlining the current state of development and application of the SPRT. In addition, it highlights key technical and technological issues. The identification and in-depth analysis of these problems, together with the formulation of potential solutions, provide a solid foundation for defining future research and development directions.
