Abstract

Cél: A tanulmány a hazai forenzikus botanika mint igazságügyi szakterület tevékenységét tárja fel, egyúttal bemutatja a szakértői gyakorlatban előforduló növényi eredetű bűnjeleket, illetve a szakterület szerepét a kriminalisztikában.Módszertan: A tanulmány a hazai szakirodalmi források és a szakterület gyakorlati tapasztalatainak elemzésével, majd szintézisbe foglalásával készült.Megállapítások: A növényi eredetű anyagmaradványok forenzikus botanikai vizsgálatának eredményei fontos szerepet játszhatnak a bizonyítási eljárásban. A forenzikus botanika egy inter- és multidiszciplináris szakterület, ebből adódóan képes egyéb igazságügyi szakterületek eredményeit alátámasztani, megerősíteni, kiegészíteni. A forenzikus botanika hazai tudományos megismertetése és a szakmai köztudatba való beépülése még folyamatban van.Érték: A tanulmány rámutat egy kevéssé ismert igazságügyi szakterület létére, és felhívja a figyelmet annak kriminalisztikai szerepére. | Aim: This study explores the activities of domestic forensic botany as a forensic discipline, presents plant-derived evidence encountered in expert practice, and examines the role of this field within criminalistics. Methodology: The study was prepared through the analysis and synthesis of domestic academic literature and the practical experience accumulated within the field. Findings: The results of forensic botanical examinations of plant-derived trace materials may play a significant role in evidentiary proceedings. Forensic botany is an inter- and multidisciplinary field; as such, it is capable of supporting, corroborating, and complementing the findings of other forensic disciplines. The academic introduction of forensic botany in Hungary and its integration into professional awareness is still ongoing. Value: The study draws attention to the existence of a lesser-known forensic discipline and highlights its role in criminalistics.
