Abstract

A quiet quitting magatartás fokozódó terjedése miatt egyre jobban aggasztja a munkáltatókat, így a tudomány is elkezdett foglalkozni a jelenséggel. Noha a right to disconnect, azaz a le- vagy kikapcsolódáshoz való jog is hátteret adhat e tevékenységnek, fontos vizsgálni annak összefüggéseit a munkajog és társasági jog szempontjából. Ezt meg kell tenni két újító szempontból is: az ügyvezető munkavállalók quiet quitting magatartását és a tömeges quiet quittinget is vizsgálni kell, előbbit a társasági jog, utóbbit a kollektív munkajog szemüvegén át. Jelen tanulmány erre igyekszik röviden rávilágítani, amely alapja lehet egy mélyebb, a munkavállalói elköteleződést vizsgáló kutatásnak is. | Increasingly concerned about the growing prevalence of quiet quitting behaviour among employers, science has begun to address the phenomenon. While the right to disconnect may also provide a backdrop for this activity, it is important to examine its context in terms of labour and company law. This needs to be done from two innovative perspectives: the quiet quitting behaviour of managing employees and mass quiet quitting need to be examined, the former through the lenses of company law and the latter through the lenses of collective labour law. The present paper aims to briefly highlight this, which could also form the basis for a more in-depth study of employee engagement.
