Abstract

A tanulmány megírásáig a WHO adatai szerint 7 milliónál is többen vesztették életüket a koronavírus okozta megbetegedéssel összefüggésben. A Covid19-pandémia idején a halálozási ráták gyors felfutása, a bizonytalan oksági magyarázatok és az egészségügyi rendszer tehetetlensége utat nyitott a hivatalosan nem engedélyezett, de legalább reményt adó alternatív terápiáknak, és számos esetben, ezzel egyetemben, az érintettek kényszerű kriminalizálódásának is. 2024-ben célzott vizsgálatot indítottam, amely a 2020 és 2023 között a kriminálstatisztikában regisztrált gyógyszerhamisítás bűncselekmény kriminológiai vetületére fókuszált, kiemelt figyelmet fordítva azokra az ügyekre, amelyekben az elkövetési tárgy valamilyen Covid-ellenes készítmény volt. A tanulmány ezeknek az eljárásoknak a sajátosságait mutatja be. | By the time of writing this study, according to WHO data, over 7 million have lost their lives in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic and its socio-political management – particularly the lack of social communication and its anomalies – triggered processes that amplified uncertainty within society. The rapid rise in mortality rates, uncertain causal explanations, and the helplessness of the healthcare system opened the door to alternative therapies that were not officially authorized but at least offered hope – and, in many cases, led to the involuntary criminalization of those involved. In 2024, I launched a targeted investigation focusing on the criminological aspects of the crime of Medical Product Counterfeiting registered in criminal statistics between 2020 and 2023, with special attention to cases where the object of the offense was some form of anti-Covid preparation. This study presents the specific characteristics of these proceedings.
