Abstract

Jelen tanulmány célkitűzése a tudományos publikációs diskurzus alapvetőnormarendszerének, valamint a területet érintő változásoknak a bemutatása. A módszertani keretet az aktuális szabályozási környezet, az irányadóetikai útmutatók és a releváns szakirodalom kvalitatív tartalomelemzése éskritikai értékelése adja. A munka részletezi az egyéni kutatói teljesítménymérésére szolgáló indikátorrendszereket, továbbá elemzi a tudományosfolyóiratok minőségbiztosítási funkcióit a tudományos közlemények hitelesítése és a publikációs teljesítmény validálása során. Bemutatja a tudományértékelési, tudománymetriai értékelési rendszerek főbb jellemzőit, atudományértékelési kritériumokat és a citációs adatbázisokat. Végül pedigfelhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy a mesterségesintelligencia-alkalmazásokintegrálása a kutatási folyamatba milyen célokra megengedett és milyencélokra nem megengedett, majd feltárja az alkalmazásukból adódó etikaidilemmákat és a tudományos közösség által kidolgozott normatív megoldási javaslatokat. A tanulmány a digitális transzformáció kontextusábanhangsúlyozza a kutatók egyéni felelősségét az etikus kutatói magatartásbanés a folyamatos önképzésben. | This study aims to present the fundamental normative framework of academic publication discourse and the changes affecting this field. The methodological framework is based on a qualitative content analysis and critical evaluation of the current regulatory environment, relevant ethical guidelines, and the relevant literature. The study describes the systems of indicators used to measure the performance of individual researchers and analyzes the quality assurance functions of scientific journals in authenticating scientific publications and validating publication performance. The study presents the main characteristics of scientometric evaluation systems, as well as academic evaluation criteria and abstract and citation databases. Finally, the study addresses the purposes for which integrating artificial intelligence applications into the research process is permitted and those for which it is not. It then explores the ethical dilemmas arising from the use of artificial intelligence applications and the normative solutions proposed by the scientific community. In the context of digital transformation, the study emphasizes the individual responsibility of researchers for ethical research conduct and continuous self-education.
