Abstract

A Kora Tudor Hitviták c. kutatás a hazai anglisztikában eddig feltáratlan területet vizsgált. 2006: A kutatók tanulmányozták Morus eretnekségekről írt munkáját és Tyndale válaszát. Fabiny Tibor 2 angol és 2 magyar tanulmányt írt, és előadott Tyndale-ről Lichfieldben. Tóta Péter Benedek 1 angol tanulmányt írt, részt vett a dallasi Morus-központ konferenciáján, és megválasztották a Moreana vezetőségébe. 2007: FT 1 hetet kutatott Skóciában és előadott a dallasi Morus-központ konferenciáján TPB-vel együtt, aki Amherstben is tartott előadást. 2008: Megjelent a kutatás keretében elindított Kora Tudor Irodalom és Vallás sorozat 1. kötete. FT előadott a liverpooli Tyndale/More-konferencián, és dallasi előadása elektronikus formában megjelent. TPB dallasi előadása szintén megjelent, s még 1 angol, ill. 1 magyar tanulmányt írt. 2009: FT előadott Tyndale-ről Bécsben, valamint Tyndale teológiájáról a Wesley Főiskolán. TPB előadott a londoni VIII. Henrik-konferencián. A HUSSE 9 konferencián a kutatócsoport külön szekcióban ismertette a kutatást. 2010: FT Londonban kutatott, illetve előadott az MTA terminológia-konferenciáján Tyndale-ről. TPB a Leuvenben, illetve Londonban kutatott, és írt egy tanulmányt Morusról. 2011. januárjában FT Londonban kutatott, és előadott a HUSSE 10 konferencián, s folytatja hitvitával foglalkozó tanulmányainak sajtó alá rendezését. TPB folytatja Morus-tanulmányainak sajtó alá rendezését. Megjelent a Kora Tudor Irodalom és Vallás sorozat 2. kötete. | The Early Tudor Religious Controversies Project explored an unknown field in English Studies in Hungary. 2006: The researchers studied More’s work on heresies and Tyndale’s answer. Fabiny Tibor published 2 studies in English and 2 in Hungarian; gave a paper on Tyndale in Lichfield. Tóta Péter Benedek published an article in Hungarian, attended a conference at the More Center in Dallas (MCD), and was elected into the Board of Directors of Moreana. 2007: FT did research for a week in Scotland; gave a paper at MCD. TPB also gave a paper at MCD and another one in Amherst. 2008: The 1st vol. of “Kora Tudor Irodalom és Vallás” was published. FT gave a paper at the Liverpool Tyndale/More-conference; his MCD-paper was published in electronic format together with TPB’s paper. TPB published a paper in English and one in Hungarian. 2009: FT gave a paper on Tyndale in Vienna, and one on Tyndale’s theology at the Wesley College. TPB gave a paper at the conference on Henry VIII in London. At the HUSSE 9 Conference they presented their project in a special session. 2010: FT did research in London; gave a paper on Tyndale’s terminology at the Hungarian Academy. TPB did research in Leuven and London; published a paper on More. January 2011: FT did research in London, gave a paper at the HUSSE 10 conference; started preparing his Tyndale-articles for publication in Hungarian. TPB also started collecting his papers on More for publication. The 2nd vol. of “Kora Tudor Irodalom és Vallás” was published.
