Abstract

A kutatási témáról készült tartalmi összefoglaló: Az Alföld több vonatkozásban is egyedi vonásokkal különült el az ország más nagytájaitól. Ezek közül témánk szempontjából két fontos tényezőt emelek ki: - A gazdaság belső szerkezete és fejlettsége különbözött: megkésett iparosítás az agrárgazdaság ide koncentrálódott az infrastrukturális fejlettség elmaradt - Települési viszonyai sajátosak: jellemző az agrárváros a tanyarendszer területe Az 1990-es években végbement pozitív változások folyamatában is a gazdaság megkésett átalakulásáról beszélhetünk. A végbemenő változások azonban nagy mértékben érintik az itt lévő települési formákat. Az agrárvárosok foglalkozási szerkezetében egy fél évszázad alatt már ez a harmadik változás, a tanyarendszer életében a birtokviszonyok változása következtében hasonlóan a harmadik gyökeres fordulat zajlik. Mindezek vizsgálata, valamint annak a társadalomnak a bemutatása, amely egyrészt ezt végrehajtja, másrészt pedig elszenvedi a tudomány fontos feladata. -- The Great Hungarian Plain is very different in some aspect form the ohter regions of Hungary. In the context of our research we have to emphesize two major differences: The inner structure and the development of the economy is very different in the Great Hungarian Plain than in the other parts of Hungary: it means the lateness of the industrialization of the Plain the agrarian dominance the underdeveloped infrastructure The settlement structure of the Great Hungarian Plain is very special because of the agrarian towns and the tanya-system We can see a lot of positive changes in the 1990’s which are related to the late restructuring of the ecomony. The settlements of the Plain have been affected by these changes. This is the third main change in the employment structure of the agrarian towns in the last half century and even in the ownership structure of the tanya-system. To research there processes and the society who make and suffer these changes is a very important job for the geographers.
