Abstract

A tanulmány Magyarország Alaptörvényének szövegében vizsgálja a metaforikusság megjelenését kognitív nyelvészeti keretben. A téma indokoltságát a jogi-igazgatási terminológiastratégiai megközelítés adja: a jogi szakszöveg metaforáinak tanulmányozása nemcsak a szövegben megjelenő metaforáknak a koherenciát és a megértést szervező funkcióját mutatja be, hanem segíthet megérteni az adott szakterület nyelvhasználatában történő változásokat, aktuális kérdéseket, jövőbeli teendőket is. A tanulmány a jogi szaknyelvi kommunikáció nyelvészeti szempontú jellemzése után részletesen, példákkal bemutatja és jellemzi azokat a prototipikus fogalmi metaforákat forrástartományuk szerinti bontásban, amelyek az Alaptörvény szövegében megtalálhatók. = By employing a cognitive linguistic frame, this paper focuses on the metaphorical features in the text of the Fundamental Law of Hungary. The topic is triggered by the viewpoint of terminology strategy: on the one hand, the analysis of metaphors in legal technical texts shows the functions of metaphors in coherence and organising understanding; on the other hand, the analysis can help understand the changes, actual questions, and future tasks in the field of legal language use. After focusing on the characteristics of the specialised language of law, examples are going to be shown with examples for the prototypical metaphors in the text analysed. Conceptual metaphors are analysed according to their source domains, which can be found in the text of the Fundamental Law of Hungary.
