Abstract

A kutatás eredményei A kutatás a gazdasági növekedést meghatározó alapvető összefüggésekre támaszkodva ad átfogó képet arról, hogy a gazdaságpolitika hogyan, milyen eszközök felhasználásával képes megnövelni a gazdasági növekedés dinamikáját hosszabb időközt figyelembe véve. Az így tisztázott összefüggések alapján a hazai gazdasági növekedés lehetséges üteme is elemzésre került, pontosan, milyen gazdaságpolitikai döntésekkel lehet itthon a gazdaság viszonylag gyors növekedést elérni az egyensúlyi feltételek folyamatos biztosítása mellett, a természeti környezet károsítása nélkül. A legfontosabb kérdések képezték a vizsgálat tárgyát. Ezek közül néhány: Gazdasági hatékonyság és adóztatás. Adóztatás és forrásallokáció. Államháztartás, megtakarítások és növekedési potenciál. Az államháztartás átfogó reformja és várható javulás a gazdasági növekedés dinamikájában. A gazdaságpolitika feladatai az eurozónához való csatlakozás kapcsán, és ennek várható hatása a növekedési potenciálra. Az összefüggések elemzésére támaszkodva a kutatás alapvetően fontos megállapítása: nem várható Magyarországon a gazdasági növekedés dinamikájának számottevő növekedése. A gazdaságpolitika azonban biztosíthatja a harmonikus, az arányosságot folyamatosan betartó, és a környezet védelmét biztosító 3 és 4% közti növekedést. Ezzel azt is, hogy az életszínvonal kedvezőbben alakul majd, mint eddig. | Results of the research The research relying on the fundamental interrelationships determining the growth potential gives comprehensive picture about the problem, how and using what instruments with the economic policy is able to raise the dynamics of economic growth over longer period. On the basis of connections clarified in such way the possible rate of growth in the domestic economy has also been analysed, namely, by what economic policy instruments a relatively fast economic growth can in our country be achieved along with securing the conditions of equilibrium continuously and, without affecting the natural environment adversely. The most important problems were analysed. Some of these are: Taxation and economic efficiency. Taxation and allocation of resources. General government finances, savings and growth potential. Extensive reform of public finances and expectable improvement in the dynamics of economic growth. The tasks of economic policy in connection with joining the EMU and the expectable effects of it on the growth potential. Relying on the analysis of the interrelations the fundamental statement of the research is: notable increment in the dynamics of economic growth cannot be expected in Hungary. A well balanced, proportionately, and by 3-4% growing economy can however be developed with the assistant of the economic policy, along with the protection of natural environment. Together with it, living standard will be developing more favourably than so far.
