Abstract
My paper posits the theory that we can observe a hierarchical tendency in East-Central-European theatrical practice that legitimates violence as a method. Based on this theory, I examine the hierarchical methods and hierarchical structures of a theatrical infrastructure dominated by a central gaze, furthermore I analyse statements concerning method and structure, and the language they use, in order to highlight how certain hierarchical relations appear in speech, how they are written into language.
