Abstract

A home office 2020-ig elenyésző mértékben volt jelen Magyarországon. A koronavírus elterjedése, majd a világban lezajló történések, mint az orosz-ukrán háború és annak hatásai – főként az energiaválság – jelentős változásokat hoztak az otthoni munkavégzés területén. Így jogosan merülnek fel a témával kapcsolatban fontos kérdések, mint például, hogy hogyan alakul ki/át a munkakörnyezet, mely szférákban lehetséges az otthoni munkavégzés, a dolgozók hány százaléka dolgozik/dolgozhat teljes vagy részleges home office-ban, ennek milyen hatásai vannak a munkavállalókra és a szervezetre, illetve, hogy a fenntarthatóság szempontjából milyen tapasztalatok vonhatók le. Többek között ezekre a kérdésekre is keressük a választ tanulmányunkban, megvizsgálva a témát szekunder adatok, néhány esetpélda és primer kutatás alapján. Until 2020, the home office had a negligible presence in Hungary. However, the spread of the COVID-19 virus, followed by events in the world, such as the Ukrainian-Russian war and its effects – mainly the energy crisis – have brought about significant changes in the field of working from home. Thus, important questions about this topic are rightly raised, such as how the work environment is formed/recreated, in which areas it is possible to work from home, what percentage of employees work/can work in full- or part-time home office, what are the effects of this on employees and the organization, or what is being experienced from a sustainability point of view. Among other things, we are looking for answers to these questions in our study, examining the topic based on secondary datas, some case examples and primary research.
