Abstract

A Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem Pedagógusképző Karán több éve sikeresen zajlanak Tehetséggondozás, tehetségfejlesztés Pedagógus szakvizsga szakirányú továbbképzési szakon képzéseink. Az oktatás folyamán igyekszünk mindazokra a pedagógiai tapasztalatokra, előzetes ismeretekre építeni, melyekkel hallgatóink érkeznek. A 2019/20-as tanév első félévében, az akkori képzés kezdetén kérdéssort állítottunk össze annak érdekében, hogy hallgatóink tehetséggondozással kapcsolatos prekoncepcióit felmérjük. A csoport tagjai a szakma több szegmenséből érkeztek, óvodapedagógusok, tanítók, felső tagozatos tanárok (anyanyelv, idegennyelv, matematika, történelem), valamint fejlesztőpedagógusok voltak. A válaszok közül azokat mutatjuk be jelen írásban, melyek a szakma elé is tükröt tartva, társadalmi, ugyanakkor szakmapolitikai kérdésként is tekintenek a tehetséggondozás kritikus pontjaira. | The study presents research conducted among KRE PK Talent Development Teacher students with several years of pedagogical experience. We gained insight into students' preconceptions and practice related to talent management with a series of questions. The sample included the entire range of the public education system (kindergarten teachers, teachers, specialist teachers). Our results show that those coming to the training have some experience in talent identification and nurturing. They see the process nature and the complexity of identification. They know which development programs are available, however, it is necessary to broaden their methodological repertoire. With regard to particular learning techniques, the practical application of cooperative methods and the development of self-knowledge, it is necessary to expand the previous knowledge gained through basic pedagogical training. Furthermore, a need emerged to clarify the role of consultants in talent management, which we will be given more emphasis during trainings in the future.
