Abstract

A teremtett világ védelme az egyház megközelítésében túlmutat a puszta praktikus kérdéseken. Ferenc pápa a Laudato si’ kezdetű enciklikában arra figyelmeztet, hogy a „mai helyzet gyökeréig” kell hatolni. Nem elég csak „a tüneteket” észlelni és azok kezelésére javaslatot tenni. Ez a kötet mélyfúrásokra tesz kísérletet az etika, a bölcselet, a vallástudomány és a jog találkozási területein. Ha nem is fedi le mindet, ráirányítja a figyelmet a kérdés összetettségére és a hosszú távú kutatások jelentőségére. = The protection of the created world, from the Church's perspective, goes beyond mere practical concerns. In his encyclical Laudato si’, Pope Francis emphasizes the need to address the root causes of the current ecological crisis, not just its symptoms. He calls for a deep, holistic approach that examines the underlying ethical, philosophical, theological, and legal issues. This book attempts to explore these intersections, highlighting the complexity of the issue and the importance of long-term research​.
