Abstract

A tanulmány az óvodáskorú gyermekek mozgásfejlődésének és a természeti környezetben szerzett élményeknek a jelentőségét vizsgálja, különös tekintettel az erdei óvodákra. Rámutat, hogy a 21. századi gyerekeket mozgásszegény, digitálisan túlterhelt életmód fenyegeti, amely testi és pszichés fejlődésükre is negatívan hat. Az erdei óvodák ugyanakkor komplex lehetőséget kínálnak a szabad levegőn való mozgás, játék és tapasztalatszerzés révén, támogatva a motoros, kognitív, szociális és érzelmi fejlődést. A szerző kiemeli a természet mint nevelési közeg pótolhatatlan szerepét a holisztikus gyermeki fejlődésben. | The study examines the importance of motor development and experiences gained in the natural environment among preschool children, with a particular focus on forest kindergartens. It highlights that 21stcentury children are threatened by a sedentary, digitally overloaded lifestyle, which negatively affects their physical and psychological development. In contrast, forest kindergartens provide complex opportunities for outdoor movement, play, and exploration, thereby supporting motor, cognitive, social, and emotional development. The author emphasizes the irreplaceable role of nature as an educational environment in fostering holistic child development.
