Abstract

Az MTA Tudomány a Magyar Nyelvért Nemzeti Programján belül a „Magyar terminológiastratégia” alprogram Oktatásterminológiai alprojektje azzal a céllal jött létre, hogy kialakítson egy olyan oktatásterminológiai adatbázist, amely megfelelteti egymásnak Magyarország és a Kárpát-medence magyarlakta országainak oktatással kapcsolatos terminusait az oktatási rendszer minden szintjén. A terminológiai adatbázis építése háromrétegű: egyrészt magyar oktatási terminusokat feleltetünk meg a Magyarországgal szomszédos országokban használt ekvivalensekkel; másrészt országspecifikus terminusokat fordítunk le magyarra; harmadrészt a határ menti régiókban előforduló, oktatással kapcsolatos kölcsönszavakat adatolunk. Az adatbázisépítés első évében a közneveléshez kötődő terminusokkal foglalkoztunk. Kutatásunk célja, hogy összefoglaljuk az oktatásterminológiai adatbázis építésének első évét a kárpátaljai régió szemszögéből, fényt derítve azokra a szemantikai területekre, amelyekben a legnagyobb eltérés mutatkozik a magyarországi és az ukrajnai köznevelési rendszerek között. Emellett bemutatjuk, hogy az Oktatásterminológiai alprojekt hogyan járul hozzá a Termini magyar–magyar szótár bővítéséhez. | Within the framework of the Science for the Hungarian Language National Program – Hungarian Terminology Strategy Subprogram of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Educational Terminology Subproject was launched to develop a database aimed at aligning the educational terms used in Hungary and in Hungarian-speaking regions of the Carpathian Basin across all levels of education. The construction of the terminology database follows a three-tier structure: first, Hungarian educational terms are translated into the state languages of Hungary’s neighbouring countries; second, country-specific terms are translated into Hungarian; and third, educational dialect expressions and loanwords from cross-border regions are documented. In the first year of development, the focus was on public education terminology. This study presents the initial results of the database-building process from the perspective of the Transcarpathian region, highlighting key semantic discrepancies between the public education systems of Hungary and Ukraine. Furthermore, we aim to demonstrate how the Educational Terminology Subproject contributes to the expansion of the Termini Hungarian–Hungarian Dictionary.
