Abstract

A szerző önjavító mechanizmusnak tekinti azokat a mozgósított képességeket, amelyek egy rendszeren belül, a saját erőforrások felhasználásával érik el a diszfunkcionális következmények elhárítását. A hiba észlelése érkezhet kívülről, a korrekciós tényezők mozgásba hozása is. A lényeg az adott szisztéma önregeneráló működése. Ilyenek az egyes alrendszereken belül, de a társadalom egészéhez viszonyítva is léteznek. A büntető igazságszolgáltatás és a rendészet is tartalmazza azokat az eszközöket, amelyek alkalmasak lehetnek a működés minőségének a jobbá tételére, de vannak akadályozó tényezők is. Az utóbbiak körében ilyenek például a rendőrségi szubkultúra egyes megnyilvánulásai. A működés egészének a vizsgálatán belül külön jelentősége van az önjavítás képessége kibontakoztatásának. Ebben jelentős szerepet játszhatnak a tudományos kutatások. | The author considers the mobilized capabilities that achieve the avoidance of dysfunctional consequences within a system, using its own resources, as selfcorrecting mechanisms. The detection of defects, as well as the activation of corrective factors can come from outside. The essence is the self-regenerating operation of the given system. These exist within the individual subsystems, but also compared to the society as a whole. The criminal justice system and the law enforcement also include tools that may be suitable for improving the quality of functioning, but there are also hindering factors. Among these, one example is the manifestation of police subculture. Within the examination of the whole functioning, the development of the ability for self-repair is of particular significance. In this, scientific research can play an important role.
