Abstract
This essay is about the gathering of journals with the tags of fas cist, antidemocrat and anti-Soviet and the debates girt with it, which was caused after the armistice agreement of 20th Janu ary, 1945. After this agreement the Provisional National Govern ment defined the gathering and surrender engagement in two regulations, for both institutions as well as individuals. The first wave of the actual collection, however, began only late spring and summer of 1945, with great press attention. The collection came to a halt because of the upcoming election, since neither the government nor the Allied Control Commission has forced the continuation of it, until the election did not run its course. The study shows this period of few months with the use and help of archival and library resources.
